Heather Pando, Co-Founder
Environmental & Experiential Designer
Heather Pando is a Los Angeles–based artist and designer focused on creating environments that reconnect people with nature and support emotional wellbeing. Her work bridges art, design, and spatial experience, bringing together creative vision with practical execution.
Heather holds a Bachelor of Arts in Theatre with a minor in Biology—an interdisciplinary foundation that shaped her sensitivity to atmosphere, spatial storytelling, and the subtle ways environments influence human experience.
Early in her career, she worked on large-scale event productions and immersive environments, where she developed a deep appreciation for how spatial design can shape emotional experience. These projects introduced her to the power of environmental storytelling—how light, texture, and material can influence the way people feel within a space.
Through her studio, Little World Design, Heather has created custom art installations and nature-inspired environments across the United States and internationally. Her work often incorporates principles of biophilic design, integrating organic materials such as preserved moss, natural textures, and sculptural botanical elements.
Her work has been commissioned for projects across the United States and internationally, including a large-scale installation for a private royal event in Abu Dhabi. She has collaborated with interior designers, developers, and high-profile clients on projects that merge artistic expression with immersive environmental design.
Recent work includes the creation of the Earth Room at Quantum Wellness Spa in Downtown Los Angeles, as well as the design of a Beverly Hills medical office focused on creating a calm and welcoming environment for patients.
Heather’s work reflects a belief that thoughtfully designed environments can play a meaningful role in supporting emotional wellbeing, connection to nature, and human resilience.
